How we separate paid content from editorial, and how paid placements are labelled.

Labels you will see
- Sponsored — paid articles, announcements and campaigns supplied by or for the named sponsor.
- Featured — a paid placement of a company profile or job listing in directory or listing results.
- Advertising placements — display and newsletter advertising, marked as advertising.
Separation from editorial
Sponsored content is excluded from the editorial news sitemap and RSS feed and is marked as advertising in the page’s structured data. Sponsors never review or approve editorial coverage.
Paying for a placement does not change a company’s verification status, which only reflects checks made by our team.
Pricing
Commercial offerings are provided by proposal. We do not currently take payments on this website.
